Position Overview We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to help support HR functions to include Recruitment, Onboarding, Compliance, Employee Engagement and Administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves helping others, and wants to learn more about HR and how we support the business.

Primary Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing applicant tracking systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).

Onboarding & Documentation: Assisting with I‑9 processing, orientation sessions, and drafting organizational announcement.

HR Compliance: Supporting training initiatives (e.g., anti‑harassment), labor poster compliance, and HR transaction accuracy.

Employee Engagement: Helping organize company events, approachable & willing to assist employees as needed.

Administrative Tasks: Maintaining employee files, preparing HR‑related reports, and responding to employee queries.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Interest in HR, or administrative functions.

0–3 years of experience in HR or Administrative related fields.

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Onsite position in Wayne, NJ.
