What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Research and compare available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best options for each travel need
Make travel arrangements and reservations as requested within approved travel reasons and budget limits
Prepare and distribute travel itineraries and schedules to appropriate staff
Obtain approval for travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits
Assist employees with specialized travel documents such as visas or passports
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Experience with extensive US travel; knowledge of foreign travel preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
Willingness to train in the Tampa Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in travel coordination or a related field
Familiarity with travel industry tools and software
Knowledge of frequent flyer programs and travel loyalty programs
