Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate, communicate, and manage efficient routing, driver assignments, and critical decision-making. Provide exceptional service to both external and internal customers in a composed and efficient manner. Monitor customers inventory levels using Lifeline. Coordinate all loads to ensure timely deliveries and optimal routing. Ensure drivers have accurate and timely delivery data, including tank sizes, directions, loading numbers, and special equipment requirements, while providing on-demand assistance as needed. Send detailed shift transition emails to dispatch personnel to ensure smooth operations. Communicate promptly and effectively with customers regarding any issues, keeping them informed to allow for necessary adjustments. Accurately enter orders into the CSI. Road software. Coordinate and collaborate with customers and team members to schedule the Driving Team efficiently. Monitor communications for status updates and load changes, taking appropriate action as needed. Provide timely updates to customers, Dispatch, and Drivers via phone, email, or apps. Respond to all incoming communications promptly and courteously. Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong active listening and conflict-resolution abilities. Critical thinking skills for independent decision-making. Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills. Basic computer proficiency and typing skills. Education and Experience:
Experience in Transportation or Logistics. Knowledge of DOT Regulations. Customer service experience with a passion for assisting others.
