Do you believe all children should read at or above grade level, yet find yourself frustrated when ineffective systems fail to deliver?
Alpha School demonstrates that significant literacy advancement doesn't demand 6-hour school days. Our 2-Hour Learning framework combines AI‑adaptive platforms with targeted expert instruction to accelerate reading development. Your objective: create and implement workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support national expansion of this proven model.
This role centers on data‑informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading intervention system that serves thousands of students—not administrative busywork.
