$130,000–$170,000 per year

The Opportunity Our client, a highly regarded global investment management firm, is seeking a Talent Programs Specialist to join its Human Capital organization in New York. This is a newly created role focused on owning and executing high-impact recruiting programs, with a particular emphasis on sponsorship initiatives and process improvement.
This role is ideal for someone with a mix of recruiting exposure, program ownership, and strong project management skills who enjoys working cross-functionally and driving initiatives end-to-end.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage the firm’s recruiting sponsorship initiatives (e.g., student organizations, academic conferences, recruiting events)
Serve as the primary relationship owner for sponsored organizations and external partners
Partner closely with Campus Recruiting and broader Human Capital stakeholders
Manage recruiting-related programs and initiatives from concept through execution
Drive process improvement and re-engineering initiatives across recruiting programs
Explore and help integrate Gen AI tools into recruiting and Human Capital processes
What We’re Looking For
~7–10 years of relevant experience in recruiting, recruiting programs, campus recruiting, or program/project management
Campus recruiting experience preferred but not required
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience owning initiatives independently and managing multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and execution skills
Stable work history with demonstrated growth
Nice to Have
Experience at a financial services or investment management firm
Background in Big Tech or other highly scaled environments
Interest in or experience using Gen AI tools in recruiting or operations
