Senior Electrical Project Manager (Industrial & Commercial)
Location: Red Springs, NC
Compensation: $60,000 – $100,000 per year + Year‑End Bonus (DOE)
Job Overview Lead high‑stakes electrical projects across commercial, industrial, and government sectors. As a senior project manager, you will own complex projects from pre‑construction through final close‑out, collaborating with stakeholders, managing risks, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from pre‑construction through final close‑out, developing project strategies, timelines, and schedules.
Review and interpret SOVs, phase codes, and specifications; oversee billing and AIA Pay Applications; identify and document change orders.
Plan material procurement, delivery logistics, and on‑site storage; coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors, and buyers.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
Lead internal and external project meetings; collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Mentor and support onboarding and development of new Assistant Project Managers.
Qualifications
10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
Experience with state and federal commercial electrical projects; background across wastewater treatment, generators, utilities, and industrial projects.
Familiarity with electrical utility companies, lineman operations, and large‑scale industrial projects.
Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management software; SOVs, AIA Pay Applications, and cost control processes.
Highly organized, task‑oriented, with strong team collaboration and client‑facing communication skills.
Valid driver’s license required; NC electrical license a plus.
