The Opportunity – Electrical Senior Project Manager (Commercial Division) We are seeking an experienced
Electrical Senior Project Manager
to lead
commercial electrical construction projects
from start to finish. This role is ideal for a proven leader who can manage budgets, schedules, and field operations while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll collaborate with general contractors, field superintendents, estimators, and clients to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities – Electrical Senior Project Manager (Commercial Division)
Oversee all phases of
commercial electrical construction projects
from pre-construction to close-out
Manage budgets, schedules, materials, manpower, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and field leadership to resolve design or installation issues
Monitor progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate project documentation
Drive accountability, communication, and high performance across teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Qualifications – Electrical Senior Project Manager (Commercial Division)
Minimum
5 years of experience
managing
commercial electrical construction projects
In-depth knowledge of
electrical systems, codes, and commercial construction processes
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and
construction management software
(e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
Bachelor’s degree
in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
Valid
driver’s license
and clean driving record
Florida
Electrical License
(Journeyman or Master) preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits – Electrical Senior Project Manager (Commercial Division) Salary:
$100,000 – $135,000 (based on experience)
Bonus:
Profit‑sharing based
401(k):
4% company match
Health Insurance:
80% company‑paid for employee
