Job Summary Receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, including grinds. Assist in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, and pre‑packed deli items and support the rotisserie chicken area and full service deli. Make special meat arrangements for members and maintain all sanitation and safety standards within the meat department.
$1000 sign-on bonus!
$500 paid at 6 months; $500 paid at 1 year. 1 year claw back on each payment.
Responsibilities
Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned while supporting club policies, procedures, and compliance.
Act with honesty and integrity, addressing and escalating concerns as appropriate.
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and colleagues.
Maintain a friendly and positive attitude, embracing inclusion and diversity.
Work with speed, agility, and innovation to meet club standards.
Engage and assist members by providing recommendations and answering questions about meat, poultry, and seafood.
Cut, grind, process, weigh, package, wrap, and label meats to company standards.
Ensure proper inventory levels and rotate merchandise according to expiration dates.
Clean and sanitize all equipment and display areas.
Inspect and store delivered meats, ensuring quality standards.
Unpack meats, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, and cheeses.
Maintain club policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments.
Maintain predictable, full attendance.
Qualifications
Completion of a training program/apprenticeship required.
Previous meat cutting experience required.
Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
At least 18 years of age.
Environmental Job Conditions
Movement on hard surfaces, bending, pulling, reaching, and stooping as needed.
Frequently lifting objects up to 30 pounds; may require assistance for heavier items.
Work in cooler areas with temperature extremes, loud noises, and occasional exposure to cleaning agents.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $19.75.
