Job Summary Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales and possess excellent phone communication skills. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by making a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business leads and opportunities.

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.

Qualify leads and accurately document all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.

Identify potential upsell opportunities and present them to existing clients.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify potential sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional phone communication skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.

Strong ability to make a high volume of calls daily and manage time efficiently.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and a results‑oriented mindset.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle objections.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
