Teach and instruct agency customers and staff on the use of complex software products and services Conduct on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex software and designated third-party software Present training using various classroom methods, including lectures and online projection Complete department-required reports within set standards Manage communication with customer contacts regarding training schedules What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Flex software Must have a valid driver's license Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check as required by the US Department of Justice U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
