Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests. Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting. Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment. Fosters a positive work environment. Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership. Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars. Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage. Other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2-years’ experience as a manager in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants. Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology. Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen. Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership. Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date.
