Duties and Responsibilities
Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests
Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting
Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment
Fosters a positive work environment
Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership
Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars
Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date
Must have TAM card up to date
Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants
Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology
Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen
Vast product knowledge
Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership
Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail
Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
All other duties as assigned
