What you'll do
Create, Track & Receive POs
Key billing data from timesheet / LMR's into billing system with high degree of accuracy.
Receive new jobs from Customer
Set up new jobs in the Job Management system
Bill Customer and Correct Rejections as needed
Order materials and office supplies
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
File, data entry, I-9 verification for new employees, and other office assigned duties
Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner
What you'll need
At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States for this company
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
Proficient in the use of computers, office equipment, and office software, including Google Suite and Office Suite.
3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to try new things.
Willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed.
