Job Description Assist with managing the food production area including recipes, staff, menus, preparation and presentation. Monitor preparation of food items, adherence to recipes, staff functions and menu preparation to provide a positive guest experience. Controls production levels to minimize waste. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with operation standards. Assist other line employees with daily responsibilities. Ensure that all food items are produced in accordance with established standards in respect to preparation, storage and accountability. Ensure production and storage areas are maintained in accordance with health department codes. Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
Work Environment
May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including second hand smoke and excessive noise.
The casino is open 24/7, 365 days a year. Work may be required on any opening day including weekends and holidays.
Frequent standing, walking, using hands, reaching, bending, lifting
over 25 lbs .
Visual demands: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, focus adjustment.
Closing The Tribal Council gives preference in all employment practices to Native Americans. First preference to current members of the Seminole Tribe; second preference to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes.
