You want to be the boss? Well now’s your chance – Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses, more specifically assistant managers. It’s a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of course, you’ll need some skills – judgment, math and the ability to multitask.
Job Requirements and Duties
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients and prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility regularly.
Training provided on the job.
Communication skills: verbal and written.
Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly.
Make correct monetary change.
Motor coordination and speed for precise movements.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Work Conditions and Physical Requirements
Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and other outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 to 90+ degrees.
Hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher.
Large, hot surfaces and moving mechanical parts.
Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, hand tasks required.
Driving duties: deliver product, flyers and door hangers. Requires a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
