Job Description Aaron Ameduri Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for Insurance Sales Producers to join our team. As a full‑time sales producer you will help individuals, families and small businesses protect what matters most. You will receive a base salary along with commission, retention commission and bonus opportunities. We provide leads, training, mentorship and a supportive environment to help you grow a book of business and achieve earnings exceeding $60,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Work with given leads, cold calls, direct email and other lead generation activities.
Manage appointment calendar, calls and emails.
Exceed goals and develop referrals by providing excellent service.
Document all client interactions and follow up.
Leverage current book of business for cross‑sell opportunities as well as cold leads.
Requirements
Upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Customer service skills.
Problem‑solving capabilities.
Respond promptly to all inquiries, client requests and sales requests (within 24 hours maximum).
Minimum two years of sales experience.
Verifiable track record of success (be prepared to discuss closing ratios and sales numbers).
Active Texas General Lines Property and Casualty license required.
General Lines Life and Health license preferred.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Assessment must be completed to be considered for an interview.
