What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, industry leaders, and decision-makers

Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement customized marketing strategies

Conduct sales calls and analyze campaign results to drive client success

Utilize lead generation tools for effective cold-calling and networking

Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in advertising

Proven success in increasing sales in a competitive marketplace

Experience with CRM sales management software, preferably Salesforce

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Passion for digital advertising and knowledge of needs-based selling

Assertiveness, goal orientation, and self-motivation

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
