Overview The Commercial Kitchen Refrigeration Technician installs, maintains, and repairs commercial kitchen refrigeration systems. Under the guidance of the Area Service Manager, the technician handles routine service, warranty work, and emergency repairs.
Responsibilities
Provide high level customer service, technical ability, and quality to customers.
Install, maintain, and repair standard refrigeration units for commercial customers.
Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
Travel to job sites in the assigned service area and communicate schedules with dispatchers.
Work nights and weekends on a rotating basis for emergency service needs.
Maintain company vehicle and tools, keep them organized, and wash vehicle weekly.
Document services and parts through company-provided cell phone/iPad applications.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
In‑depth knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Proficient in reading schematics, work plans, and diagnostic tools.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills for documenting via iPads or cell phones.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Salary Base pay: $35.00/hr – $45.00/hr
