Screw Machine Mechanic with Family Owned Industry Leader
We are seeking an experienced Screw Machine Mechanic with strong setup and troubleshooting skills on Brown & Sharpe and Davenport screw machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and continually improving machines to ensure high-quality production, safety, and efficiency. Base Pay Range
$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr Responsibilities
Set up, adjust, and operate Brown & Sharpe and Davenport multi-spindle screw machines Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and specifications Select and install tooling, cams, and attachments required for each job Perform machine changeovers and first-piece inspections Troubleshoot mechanical and tooling issues to minimize downtime Monitor production to ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on screw machines Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards Work closely with quality and production teams to meet production goals Why join us
