The Inventory
Management Associate Inventory Management Associate & Cycle Counter
to maintain accurate inventory records for exhibit components, graphics, hardware, and consumable materials in a fast-paced trade show and exhibit production environment. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, and supporting production, shipping, and project teams by ensuring assets are properly tracked and available when needed. This role is critical to ensure booths and displays are accurately tracked, stored, properly packed, and shipped on time to trade shows and event venues nationwide. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in a fast paced, high volume warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records for exhibit structures, graphics, hardware, and materials
Perform scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages
Track asset movement between warehouse storage, production, and outbound shipments
Label, organize, and store inventory to support efficient retrieval and packing
Update inventory management systems with receipts, transfers, and adjustments
Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and production teams to align inventory availability with project schedules
Identify obsolete, damaged, or excess inventory and report findings to management
Assist with annual physical inventory counts
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
Follow safety procedures when handling heavy or oversized exhibit materials

Pay Details:
$17.00 to $21.00 per hour
