Key Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise the construction process to ensure deadlines and standards are met.
Report progress to the construction head and clients.
Provide support and leadership to workers to achieve project goals.
Explain job responsibilities to each segment of staff.
Conduct periodic appraisals of the working crew to assess performance.
Recommend changes in working style or equipment to enhance proficiency.
Ensure employees adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
Coordinate with managers, construction heads, site engineers, and contractors.
Prepare necessary documentation, including staff attendance and construction crew details.
Prepare contracts, additions, and deletions in the contract terms with professionals.
Physical Demands
Regularly works near moving machinery/tools; requires manual dexterity and multi‑limb coordination.
Must move quickly and have excellent stamina.
Must lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 lbs.; use lower body and core without fatigue.
Must stand, walk for long periods, and climb ladders.
