Remote Estimator – Dublin, GA

We are seeking a skilled Remote Estimator to support preconstruction efforts for both ground-up and interior projects. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure competitive and precise proposals. Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and interior construction projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids. Collaborate with project managers and clients during preconstruction phases. Ensure accuracy and competitiveness in all proposals. Maintain updated cost databases and industry pricing trends. Proven experience with healthcare, MOB, and telecommunications projects. Strong proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to hybrid work. Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
