Description The Shift Manager leads shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. You provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.

Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Flexible schedule, positive team player, passion for fast‑paced environment.
