Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Summary We’re looking for a

B2B Tenant Acquisition Specialist

to own and grow our

off-line tenant acquisition efforts

through relationships and partnerships.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on building connections with local businesses, non-profits, government entities, community organizations, and leasing professionals. The goal is simple: make sure the right people know we have rooms for rent and consistently send qualified tenants our way.

The ideal candidate is

well-networked locally , comfortable meeting people face-to-face, and motivated by building long-term, win-win partnerships. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes initiative, and thrives outside of a traditional office environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with:

Local businesses

Non-profit organizations

Government agencies

Community organizations

Leasing agents and real estate professionals

Actively promote our rooms-for-rent offerings and clearly communicate:

Who our housing is best suited for

How referral partners can send tenants to us

Develop and manage referral partnerships, including negotiating informal or formal referral agreements

Own all off-line tenant acquisition efforts, including:

In-person outreach

Community visits

Networking events

Local relationship follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of referred tenants

Track referral sources, partnerships, and overall performance

Qualifications

Strong local network in the target market (highly preferred)

Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships

Comfortable with in-person outreach and initiating conversations

Experience in sales, business development, leasing, real estate, community outreach, or nonprofit work (preferred)

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Organized and able to manage multiple partnerships at once

Professional, reliable, and confident representing the brand
