Proven experience procuring IT products and services, including Software, SaaS, Hardware, Cloud Infrastructure, Telecommunications, and IT professional services.
Strong expertise in evaluating and managing IT procurements through RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs, including vendor analysis and contract recommendations.
Demonstrated research, negotiation, and analytical skills to support supplier selection and deliver best-value procurement outcomes.
Solid knowledge of statewide procurement rules, financial principles, and compliance requirements related to IT acquisitions.
Ability to work independently on project-based procurements, supporting business stakeholders and influencing decisions through clear recommendations and policy guidance.
