The

Case Management Supervisor

will lead and supervise a team of dedicated case managers, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality case management services to our clients. Responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of case‑management plans, monitoring team performance, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive case‑management plans.

Implement and monitor quality assurance processes.

Education:

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.

Work Experience:

Proven case‑management experience, with one year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Strong knowledge of social service programs, community resources, and best practices.

Ability to manage multiple databases.

Salary Starting at $60,000/annually (depending on experience).
