Qualifications

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong experience in Project Management, ideally as sub-project leader within cross-functional core teams. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialization within the Automotive Engineering industry. Proven leadership skills to coordinate and guide planners and technical experts. Experience in developing assembly concepts with development, quality, and production planning teams. Solid knowledge of budget management, Cap Ex planning, and procurement processes. Strong knowledge of automotive standards and methods (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, Lean Manufacturing). Fluent English is mandatory; German or French is an advantage Responsibilities

Act as Core Team Member in PEP projects, leading Manufacturing Engineering sub-projects and ensuring adherence to project timelines and launch tasks. Create system descriptions and value stream visualizations; request production/test-appropriate product designs (DFM) and coordinate RUNs and launch execution. Plan and control AEP launches, implement launch teams aligned with MQ standards, and drive continuous improvement of launch functions. Lead regular launch meetings, support departments in analyzing RUN results, and ensure implementation of agreed project actions via handshake reports. Provide regular updates on product and process maturity to stakeholders (Core Team,Plant Manager, Operating Unit & APU Manager) and evaluate project/launch performance. Launch planning and controlling Implementation of launch team under consideration of MQ standard organization and continuous improvement of launch function Executes defined launch management reports Preparation and lead of launch meetings on a regular base and triggers escalation process if necessary
