Compensation: $45.00 – $55.00/hour

Responsibilities
Deliver care according to the Nurse Practice Act and federal/state regulations
Complete admission and periodic assessments on residents
Update care plans as needed, based on condition changes or regulatory requirements
Administer medications safely and accurately
Provide physician‑ordered medical treatments
Supervise residents who self‑administer medications
Monitor and report condition changes to physicians and supervisors
Follow residents’ Advance Directives
Support residents with nutritional/hydration needs
Assist during meals and with feeding if necessary
Maintain confidentiality of resident health information
Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of Ohio
Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience (2+ years preferred)
Comfortable working in various facility settings and adapting quickly
