Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Facilities Front Desk Coordinator for the Individual Site to support the Secure Power Modular Data Center Business. This position is a key player in the organization.
What will you do?
Receptionist responsibilities including greeting customers visiting the office, filing and accepting packages, setting appointments, and handling inbound phone calls.
Provide monthly and ad‑hoc reporting and analysis to HR and Business stakeholders.
Maintain and process confidential records through HRIS (Talent Link) tickets and mass updates on employment/job data, payroll changes, etc.
Support daily HR processes, administration, and execution of HR campaigns, programs, audits, promotions, separations, etc.
Assist HRBPs and Operations leaders with People Link (HR Service Center) escalation tickets.
Maintain quality HR data.
Partner on special projects.
Support local employee engagement efforts, community outreach, and employee communications.
Manage purchase order process and invoicing as needed.
Support drug testing and background checks for new hires and ongoing as needed.
Who will you report to? You will report to the Red Oak Plant Manager. This is an onsite position. You are required to report to the Red Oak, TX office 5 days a week.
Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent.
1+ year of customer service or administrative experience.
Effective communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated business acumen and time‑ and priority‑management skills.
Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to learn new HRIS systems quickly; prior HRIS experience preferred.
