Team Description
The Corporate Technology group is part of the Products organization, responsible for delivering and supporting the technology that powers TWDC’s corporate functions, enterprise workflows, and service management platforms. Our scope spans the entire product lifecycle — from setting strategy and roadmaps to overseeing project delivery, engineering, and ongoing support. Through these efforts, we drive digital transformation across our business, workforce, and technology communities.
We partner with a diverse range of internal corporate teams — including Brand Management, Corporate Communications, Corporate Real Estate, Corporate Social Responsibility, Global Labor & Product Standards, Global Security, Investor Relations, Management Audit, Legal & Global Affairs, and Supply Chain Compliance, Trade Management, & Logistics. Additionally, these solutions extend to our segment partners, ensuring a cohesive and connected technology experience across the company.

What You’ll Do As Staff Product Manager you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for defining and driving strategy, planning, and execution oversight for a portfolio of internal technology products. With a deep understanding of business needs and technology capabilities, this role partners closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and senior leaders to deliver solutions that generate measurable business value. You will be the strategic owner of multiple complex products, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to operations, and serving as the primary liaison with Corporate Technology and its customers in the Global Warehouse Management System Modernization Program.
Key Responsibilities
Own the vision and value proposition for a portfolio of business enablement products built around the Warehouse Management System
Define product strategies and multi‑year roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals and customer priorities
Act as a domain expert across multiple product areas or business domains, using data, user insights, and market knowledge to guide decisions
Develop core product positioning, messaging, and strategic narratives that communicate product value to executive stakeholders
Create and maintain 12‑24 month product roadmaps delivering measurable business value
Lead the development of product requirement documents (PRDs), prioritizing features based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and sustainment
Collaborate with agile delivery teams and Product Owners to ensure successful planning and execution of product initiatives
Build trusted relationships with business partners and segment leaders, serving as their primary point of contact for product direction and prioritization
Facilitate ongoing alignment between enterprise technology and business partners to ensure products meet evolving needs and deliver strategic value
Proactively identify opportunities for external partnerships, licensing, or integrations to accelerate product outcomes
Serve as an escalation point for complex business inquiries, stakeholder concerns, and cross‑team dependencies
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and alternative products
Conduct landscape analyses and deliver executive‑level presentations to inform strategic planning and product positioning
Lead or support product pilots and beta programs to validate market fit and refine offerings based on feedback
Partner with stakeholders to develop a five‑year plan and annual operating budgets
Manage product budgets and resource forecasts, collaborating with finance and PMO to ensure alignment with investment plans
Develop internal product cost models and charge‑back frameworks that support sustainable operations
Track budget performance and adjust forecasts based on licensing consumption, delivery progress, scope changes, and business needs
Contribute to the maturity of the product management discipline by sharing best practices, frameworks, and templates across teams
Mentor product managers, product owners, and analysts to elevate product thinking and delivery capability
Lead cross‑functional product initiatives or special projects requiring complex coordination and strategic influence

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 7 years managing complex products within a large, multi‑national corporation
5+ years experience in warehouse management and/or SAP or BlueYonder solutions within the Disney Ecosystem
Experience defining multi‑year product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals
Acting as a strategic thought partner to business stakeholders and translating vision into executable plans
Strong understanding of product positioning, value proposition design, and internal product marketing practices
Deep knowledge of the warehouse management and/or SAP or BlueYonder platform, custom application development and integrations
Hands‑on experience overseeing the full product lifecycle from ideation to sustainment
Proficient in prioritizing features based on value, feasibility, and dependencies in a dynamic delivery environment
Strong working knowledge of agile product delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and value delivery tracking
Experience partnering with engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure product quality and timely execution
Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (Jira, ADO)
Familiar with ITIL principles and SLAs, KPIs, and system performance tracking
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building trusted relationships across all levels
Experience navigating executive stakeholders, aligning priorities, and leading business discovery efforts
Strong analytical skills for product and competitor analyses, translating findings into actionable strategy
Experience running product pilots or beta programs, capturing learnings, and adjusting roadmaps
Financial acumen managing product budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation with finance and PMO
Managing vendor and external partner relationships, understanding contract terms and licensing agreements
Demonstrated mentoring and coaching of product managers, owners, or analysts
Track record of elevating product management maturity through frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
Lead cross‑functional initiatives spanning teams, systems, or business lines, exercising autonomy and influence
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in agile software development methodologies (PMI‑ACP, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, ICP‑ACC, etc.)
Advanced product, platform, or agile courses/certifications
Required Education

Compensation The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $141,900 - $190,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and / or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
