We are currently seeking a

full-time, professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Receptionist

who is

bilingual in English and Spanish

to manage our front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while supporting the daily administrative needs of a growing firm.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

Answering and directing phone calls; taking accurate messages

Managing and responding to email inquiries

Scanning, faxing, and organizing documents

Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of

two years of experience

in an administrative assistant or receptionist role

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette

Ability to work independently and coordinate tasks with minimal supervision

Team-oriented mindset with a positive, collaborative attitude

Confident and personable communicator who is comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues

Proactive, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail

Compensation

$20–$23 per hour , based on experience
