About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinic Operations with a strong background in healthcare business management and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the clinic, with a focus on operations, growth, financial performance, and culture. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, with an emphasis on exceeding growth and client retention targets, building and maintaining community relationships, and leading business development activities. The Executive Director will also be accountable for the clinic's financial performance, including P&L management, and must have a deep understanding of financial drivers to optimize profitability.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' of operations and growth leadership experience in a relevant industry. A background in ABA therapy or allied health services is highly valued. The role demands a leader with high emotional intelligence, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset, who can effectively mentor and develop the next generation of leaders. The Executive Director will be expected to ensure operational excellence, maintain compliance with relevant standards, and foster a culture of talent retention and engagement.
