About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for one of its clinics in the ABA field. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the success of the clinic across four key areas: operations, growth, financial performance, and culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic expansion of the center, with a focus on exceeding targets for client acquisition and retention. This includes building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and school systems, as well as leading business development activities. The Executive Director will also be accountable for the clinic's financial performance, managing the P&L, and optimizing profitability. Operational excellence is a must, with a strong emphasis on meeting KPIs, ensuring compliance, and driving high-quality service delivery.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's clinic should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years' of operations and growth leadership experience in a high-growth service industry, particularly in healthcare, behavioral health, or education, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading operations, driving growth, and building engaged teams. Financial acumen, including fluency in P&L, EBITDA, and KPI analysis, is essential. A deep understanding of ABA therapy and/or allied health services is strongly preferred. The role demands a leader with high emotional intelligence, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset, who can also demonstrate a commitment to talent retention, engagement, and relationship-driven leadership.
