Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing company in the Fuquay Varina area who is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is contract-hire opportunity working 1st shift Monday-Friday. Responsibilities Assist with maintaining and repairing production and facility equipment, including mechanical and electrical components Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Respond promptly to equipment issues and breakdowns to restore operations quickly Identify early signs of wear or malfunction and address them before they escalate Troubleshoot machinery using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools Maintain accurate communication with supervisors regarding equipment conditions Support training and onboarding efforts by providing technical guidance when needed Keep maintenance and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follow all company policies, safety regulations, GMPs, and standard operating procedures Requirements High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 3 years of experience in a plant or industrial maintenance environment Strong working knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics Comfortable using basic math, measurements, and problem-solving techniques Capable of following written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions Dependable, punctual, and professional with a proactive work style Must pass a drug test and background check
