SITE ACCESS & COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR Location Gainesville, VA | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • Pay Range: $18–$22/hour based on experience • Full-time schedule up to 40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday, with shifts between 4:30 AM–7:30 PM ROLE IMPACT The Site Access & Compliance Coordinator ensures secure, compliant, and efficient workforce entry at a large-scale construction site. Serving as the on-site liaison for a digital credentialing and access platform, this role supports uninterrupted site operations by managing worker onboarding, validating credentials, and resolving access issues in real time. Success is measured by consistent site readiness, accuracy of compliance checks, and positive engagement with workers and site leadership. ROLE IMPACT • Control and monitor site entry using digital badges, QR codes, and credentialing systems • Confirm worker eligibility and issue or manage visitor credentials at access points • Assist workers with onboarding steps, document uploads, and digital account setup • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate access or credential issues to centralized support • Capture field feedback to enhance access processes and worker experience MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Background in security, access control, compliance, or similar operational environments • Dependable, professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset • Ability to work outdoors and remain standing or walking for extended periods • Availability to work a flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week, including early start times EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT • Active construction site environment • Prolonged standing and walking throughout shifts • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise levels • Regular use of computers, handheld devices, and access control equipment PREFERRED SKILLS • Bilingual communication skills (Spanish/English) • Experience with technical troubleshooting or help desk support LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
