Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Experience in Stepdown nursing units Proficiency with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC, is desirable Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team Adaptability to manage patient care in various clinical settings within the local area Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring stepdown level supervision Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans Float between local campuses as needed within the nursing discipline Participate in ongoing patient assessment and documentation utilizing EMR systems Location Overview:Geneseo, IL offers a welcoming community atmosphere with access to local amenities and healthcare services.
