We strive to build a workforce that reflects the richness of differing cultures and experiences, and together, we create an inclusive community that promotes respect, understanding, and growth.RequirementsMaintains a valid license certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with federal, state and local regulationsCPR certification preferred1-2 years of CNA experience preferred, particularly in a geriatric or long-term care settingStrong knowledge ofbedside nursing care and protocolsCompassionate, patient, and professional demeanorExcellent interpersonal and communication skills Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.Aid with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.Monitor vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and report any changes to the nursing staff.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and changes in residents' health.Assist with restorative and rehabilitative activities as directed.Ensure cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and common areas.Uphold residents' privacy, dignity, and rights according to HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
