Responsibilities
Serving guests in Palm's Cafe.
Answering guest questions about menu items.
Brewing/making coffee and other specialty beverages.
Up‑selling and suggestive selling of items.
Accurately processing transactions and maintaining a balanced bank.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have a flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Must have at least one year of customer service experience.
Must be able to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
Must have a vaild Food Handlers Card from Riverside County and TIPS & RBS Certification.
Related experience preferred.
Pay Pay: $18 per hour. The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
