Meat Processing Associate

We are seeking dependable Production Workers for a fast-paced meat processing facility. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety, food safety, and GMP standards. Responsibilities: Perform production and processing tasks in a fast-paced meat manufacturing environment Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) , food safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times Wear required PPE, including steel toe boots , hairnets, gloves, and other protective equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work mandatory overtime and weekends as needed based on production demands Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced , physically demanding environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated conditions Willingness to comply with all GMP and safety regulations Steel toe boots required Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Previous experience in meat processing, food production, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required Schedule & Pay: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $16.60 per hour Mandatory overtime as required Work Environment: Meat processing facility with varying temperatures ZR Company Description Midway Staffing is a dynamic and rapidly growing enterprise dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organizations.
