Landscaping Installation Project Manager at Confidential Client Company
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with strong project management skills, a background in landscape construction, and a commitment to quality and client satisfaction. This position offers some flexibility for remote work and remote field work with work in-office as needed. This position comes with an annual salary of $85,000 - $150,000 depending on experience, as well as benefits which include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), profit sharing, sick leave, PTO, and a company vehicle.

Requirements for our Landscaping Installation Project Manager
5+ years of experience in landscape construction or related project management
Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
A demonstrated proficiency with composing professional emails to clients
illir"li> A demonstrated experience with landscape estimating
Experience managing, directing and overseeing subcontractors and maintaining strong professional ਸਾਹ relationships with subcontractors/chuck
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Responsibilities for our Landscaping Installation Project Manager
Manage landscape installation projects from start to finish Coordinate with designers, clients, field supervisors, and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards
Track budgets, costs, and change orders
Conduct site visits and oversee quality control
िस्ति्ल Serve as the primary client contact during construction
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
