Within Organizational Change Management (OCM), we guide clients through the journey from awareness to adoption for critical Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, and Microsoft 365 transformation s. Our consultants help our clients realize the full value of their Microsoft technology investment s, aligning stakeholders around shared vision s , developing and implementing tailored change strategies, leading communications and engagement efforts, assessing change impacts, and designing training programs that upskill workforces and drive sustained adoption. Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver organizational change management strategies for AI-enabled workplace transformation programs and ERP transformation programs with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

Assess organizational readiness and identify gaps in capabilities, culture, and processes.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication planning and change impact assessments across diverse organizational levels.

Design and facilitate training programs to upskill client workforces and support technology adoption.

Define and implement change measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, and business impact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between change strategy, business goals, and technical delivery.

Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to support program success and long-term transformation.

Coach client team members in change management best practices.

Apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning and solution design.

Navigate ambiguity and adapt change strategies to dynamic client environments and evolving program needs.

Qualifications Candidate Profile Demonstrated experience in management consulting, preferably with a global firm.

Minimum 3- 5 years in client-facing change management roles, with prior experience in ERP and/or AI-enabled initiatives.

Familiarity with AI tools and agents (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their integration into change management strategies.

Comfortable navigating complex , matrixed environments and working across cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning.

Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform and measure change impact s .

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level storytelling.

Flexible, analytical, AI literate, and effective in dynamic client environments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with broader Microsoft ecosystem tools.

Willingness to travel within North America (up to 75%).

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required ; advanced degree or MBA preferred

Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Pros ci )

Certification in D365 fundamentals (ERP)

Certifications in M365 Copilot a plus

The AI Architect The AI Architect is responsible for designing and developing scalable AI solutions aligned to a business strategy and benefits case as well as supporting as an AI technical advisor and SME to help our clients scale their AI programs. The AI Architect will need to understand how various parts of the business processes, operating systems, and application architectures work together to design a specific AI solution that fits a client’s environmental requirements. The AI Architect takes ownership of technology related aspects of AI across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The AI Architect will adhere to Avanade’s AI methodologies and industry best practices and will be accountable for recommending appropriate technology solutions, delivering architectural/technical solution designs, and client proposals. To be successful in this role you will need to be confident in leveraging our global network (across Accenture, Microsoft, & our Partners), working together and openly sharing ideas, knowledge, and resources. You are proficient in creating AI solutions that enable clients to see the whole picture and provide insightful and accurate analysis that helps to build successful businesses.

Day to day, you will: Facilitate team, client meetings and pre-sales presentations.

Partner closely with our AI, IoT, and Intelligent Automation team and Solution Architects to translate the customer's business requirements to define AI & IoT value proposition and solution scope.

Analyze client processes, identify AI opportunities, and recommend approach based on analysis and client maturity.

Estimate, solution, design, and help drive and deliver AI deals.

Help build AI assets and enable internal and external stakeholders while growing capability and delivering high-quality solutions for clients.

Assist in delivery as AI SME, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.

Provide continuous advice, best practices, and quality assurance to AI project teams related to delivery approach and strategy.

Business Development Executive – Microsoft Account United States

Avanade is looking for an experienced seller who thrives on originating, shaping, and closing complex services deals. What you’ll do Own the sales cycle end to end: from pipeline creation to signed SOW — including discovery, qualification, pursuit strategy, pricing, negotiation, and close for multi tower services (Data & AI, Security, SRE/Operations, App Dev, Data Engineering).

Delivery Lead We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage medium to large-scale consulting and software application development projects within a global enterprise environment. This role requires a strong blend of consulting expertise, client-facing skills, and technical delivery leadership. You will be accountable for the successful execution of complex programs, ensuring quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.

As a Delivery Lead, you will also contribute to sales pursuits, solution planning, and deal shaping, while mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Program Delivery: Drive the delivery of contracted solutions - including software application consulting and development at the agreed terms, economics, schedule, and quality standards.
