AI Architect
Remote position. The successful candidate will help manage, build, and enable Avanade’s AI with Gen AI offering and directly support accelerated growth across our Regions by driving client impact, showcasing technical leadership, and advancing our clients’ ability to achieve business outcomes. The AI Architect will partner globally to support sales, design, solution, and engineering solutions; develop assets; help grow talent; and implement solutions for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
Translate business requirements to technical solutions using strong business insight and architectural expertise to guide sales, project, and cross‑function teams.
Develop overall solution plans and strategic vision for AI and Gen AI, providing a comprehensive roadmap for clients’ needs, including risks, assumptions, and estimates end‑to‑end.
Build relationships with Regional Sales and Practice Leads while working with Solution Architects and Industry Leads to promote assets that service clients’ needs with the balance of cost, capability, and risk to meet clients’ business objectives.
Engage with clients’ business and technology teams in discussions to provide outstanding technical solutions that reach their business outcomes.
Support and work on assets and engineering projects internally to Avanade when needed to continue our differentiated approach within the market.
Qualifications:
Track record of developing and growing exceptional client relationships with a reputation for delivering a "best in class" end‑to‑end client experience, preferably in a business consulting (technology focus) environment.
Demonstrated experience turning business use cases and requirements into well‑engineered technical solutions as a means to unlock clients’ needs and outcomes in a repeatable, scalable manner.
Applied experience in data science and engineering to solution programs and architect system integration projects using Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, Copilot Studio, RAG, NLP, CLU, and Agentic architecture.
Proven experience communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non‑technical stakeholders with strong ability to establish relationships with peers virtually, across globally dispersed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in business or technology‑related field is preferred, but not essential. 3+ years of relevant business technology leadership experience, including engineering, solutioning, delivery and direct client engagement within a consultancy.
Fluency in Azure and understanding how Gen AI will impact current ways of working for Avanade and clients alike.
Business Development Executive – Microsoft Account United States
Business Development Executive – Microsoft Account
Responsibilities:
Own the sales cycle end to end: from pipeline creation to signed SOW — including discovery, qualification, pursuit strategy, pricing, negotiation, and close for multi‑tower services (Data & AI, Security, SRE/Operations, App Dev, Data Engineering).
Sell to Microsoft: Position Avanade & Accenture’s differentiated services to align with Microsoft’s AI and agentic transformation agenda.
Create value propositions: translate technical capabilities (e.g. data platforms, ML Ops, SRE/Service Excellence) into quantified business outcomes tied to the customer’s roadmap.
Deal governance & forecasting: run pursuits through standard approval gates and maintain high quality forecast hygiene in CRM; partner with sales ops/deal desk for compliant, timely contract closure.
Executive relationship management: build trusted relationships with Director/VP/CVP stakeholders; facilitate solutioning workshops and showcase demos/proofs aligned to Microsoft’s priorities.
Account growth: expand wallet share through renewals, upsells, and cross‑sell across Data & AI, Security, Modern Apps, and Intelligent Operations; land pilot scale motions leveraging Avanade assets.
Delivery Lead Responsibilities:
Lead program delivery – drive the delivery of contracted solutions, including software application consulting and development, at agreed terms, economics, schedule, and quality standards.
Risk & change management – identify and manage program risks, secure senior management buy‑in for critical plans and changes, and provide strategic direction for change enablement activities.
Project governance – develop and maintain project work plans, including schedule, effort, and cost estimates. Ensure accurate requirements traceability throughout the lifecycle.
Stakeholder engagement – understand client goals and expectations, address misalignments, and maintain proactive communication to ensure satisfaction.
Team leadership – provide leadership across software development teams and consulting resources, including onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams; mentor and develop team members, fostering career growth.
Sales support – participate in key sales pursuits, contributing to solution planning and shaping deals that deliver business value.
Governance strategy – define and implement control structures to ensure desired outcomes across projects and programs.

Identify high‑potential transformation deals, lead, and run whole sales cycles.
Drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring, and developing new and fast‑growing business with direct clients in your area of expertise.
