Senior Project Manager – Administrative and Program Support
The Senior Project Manager – Administrative and Program Support provides leadership and oversight for administrative, operational, and program support services. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations, effective coordination, accurate reporting, and consistent service delivery in support of complex federal programs. Key responsibilities include:
Oversee all administrative and program support activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives and performance requirements. Develop and manage staffing plans, workflows, and task assignments for administrative support personnel. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, and tracking systems. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and documentation. Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and logistics for senior leadership and program activities. Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Serve as the primary escalation point for administrative issues and operational risks. Support travel, training, and reimbursement processing in accordance with applicable policies. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience providing administrative or program management support within a federal or public‑sector environment. Demonstrated experience leading administrative teams and managing complex workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. PMP or similar project management certification. Experience supporting senior executives or large program offices. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED:
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Public Trust clearance at this location.
