The Senior Project Manager – Graphics and Digital Support provides strategic oversight and leadership for digital communications, graphic design, web development, and multimedia support services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality digital products that support public engagement, accessibility, and federal communications objectives while maintaining consistency with branding, design standards, and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital and creative services projects, including web development, graphic design, multimedia, and digital publishing.
Translate program goals and communication objectives into actionable project plans and deliverables.
Manage schedules, workloads, and performance for digital staff and creative teams.
Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all digital products meet accessibility standards, usability best practices, and federal compliance requirements.
Coordinate closely with content developers, designers, and technical specialists to ensure timely delivery and alignment across platforms.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Provide regular reporting on project status, performance metrics, and resource utilization.
Drive continuous improvement of digital workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in digital media, communications, information technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing digital communications, creative services, or web-related projects.
Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams in a federal or highly regulated environment.
Strong understanding of accessibility requirements, web standards, and digital best practices.
Experience managing content within a Drupal-based environment.
Familiarity with federal web design frameworks and usability standards.
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED:
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Public Trust clearance at this location.
