A well-established and growing general contractor is seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead complex construction projects across the Cincinnati market. This is a senior-level role offering autonomy, project ownership, and long-term career progression within a stable organization.
THE ROLE Lead ground-up and major renovation projects from preconstruction through close-out Full responsibility for budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost control Manage and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and field teams Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and change management Serve as the primary client point of contact and drive strong owner relationships Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards
REQUIREMENTS 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction Proven track record delivering projects $50M+ (commercial, multifamily, industrial, or mixed-use) Strong financial acumen including GMPs, cost forecasting, and subcontractor buyout Experience working with Superintendents and self-perform crews Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar Strong leadership, communication, xsgimln and client-facing skills
