Sr .
Estimator/Project Manager.
This role will focus primarily on ground-up and renovations of custom homes and luxury condos. The
ideal
candidate will also bring high-end commercial experience, adding versatility and strategic value to the team.
Seeking independent, self-starter, proactive in anticipating issues, deriving solutions, and driving the project.
Must
have strong estimating/project buyout knowledge, proficient in Procore and local/FL experience.
Firm is filled with cutting-edge construction leaders offering an entrepreneurial environment valuing creativity, adaptability, and empowering staff to work autonomously without micromanagement emphasizing the importance of work-life balance.
Salary + bonus = $130-165K
(based on experience) + lucrative BONUS 100% Paid FAMILY
