Looking for driven Superintendentsexperienced in
multi-story buildings (reno & ground-up) valued at $5Mil+ including foundations/piles.
Commercial Super (School Renovation/Medical)
OR Luxury Residential Super (Condo/Multi-Family Renovations/Additions)
Projects are primarily in Collier with some scattered in Lee County
Responsible for building a construction schedule and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Basic understanding of MEPs and able to work with subcontractors that are difficult to motivate. xsgimln Must be self-starter, resourceful, creative problem solver, and clear communicator.
Salary:
$100-$160K (based on experience) + $10-$20K Bonus
