Position Summary We’re hiring a

Commercial Roofing Superintendent

to be the jobsite lead, our head and eyes in the field. This role coordinates crews/subs, enforces safety + quality, drives production, and keeps communication tight with the PM and client.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day jobsite operations for re-roofs, repairs, and restoration projects. Run daily safety/OSHA compliance. Verify installation matches plans/specs and manufacturer requirements. Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, deliveries, and site access. Maintain daily reporting: progress updates, issues, delays, manpower, and weather impacts. Use CompanyCam to document job progress. Identify scope gaps/field conditions early and escalate to PM for pricing/RFIs. Manage punch list and closeout readiness (clean site, drains clear, final walkthrough). Coordinate inspections (internal + manufacturer + client/GC) and ensure corrections happen fast. Protect the facility: staging, housekeeping, debris control, and daily secure shutdown. What Success Looks Like

Projects run safely with consistent QA and clean documentation. Crews stay productive with minimal downtime and clear direction. Issues are flagged earl, no surprises at closeout. Strong client/GC communication and professional jobsite presence. Required Qualifications

3+ years supervising commercial roofing projects (TPO/PVC, Mod Bit, metal; gutters/flashings). Strong understanding of commercial details: terminations, penetrations, drains, edge metal. OSHA-first mindset and ability to enforce jobsite safety standards. Ability to read plans/specs and execute manufacturer-approved details. Reliable leadership: crews/subs management, schedule control, problem-solving. Comfortable with photo/documentation systems (CompanyCam preferred). Valid driver’s license; travel within Texas as needed. Preferred Qualifications

Manufacturer experience (inspections, warranty requirements, system rules). Public sector job experience (ISDs/cities), occupied facilities, and campus coordination. Bilingual (English/Spanish). xsgimln OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain quickly. Schedule / Location

Full-time, Monday–Friday (some weekends depending on schedule) Based in Texas with travel to job sites statewide
