is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to join their growing team. The company specialises in
high-rise and mid-rise multifamily construction , delivering complex developments including
hotels, condominiums, apartment complexes, and mixed-use commercial projects
across South Florida.

The Role The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Manage ground-up high-rise and mid-rise multifamily construction projects Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams Lead meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals Track job costs, change orders, and project reporting Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Project Manager for a General Contractor Strong background in high-rise or mid-rise multifamily xsgimln construction Experience delivering hotels, condominiums, apartments, or mixed-use projects Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred)
