Senior Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, including sitework, structure, building envelope, interiors, and MEP coordination Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules and phasing plans in collaboration with the project team Direct and coordinate subcontractors and field staff to ensure proper sequencing, productivity, and quality of work Oversee implementation and enforcement of jobsite safety programs, OSHA compliance, and company safety policies Coordinate closely with project management staff to resolve constructability issues, RFIs, and change conditions Conduct regular site meetings, including trade coordination and look-ahead planning meetings Monitor quality control, inspections, and testing to xsgimln ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and code requirements Lead punch list, turnover, and closeout efforts, including unit turnovers, life-safety inspections, and final AHJ approvals Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field personnel
